Unlike many other companies, we don’t calculate delivery on weight, quantity or size. We only charge £75 per delivery no matter weight quantity or size.
YES! You have the option of either collecting at our Wolverhampton showroom or our Cambridge manufacturing facility.
Measurements should be taken from the external edge of the upstand. Please keep in mind if your upstand has been built with a gradient for water run-off, then the length of the side with the gradient on needs to be measured and not the base side of the upstand. If in doubt, please give us a call.
We recommend that upstand is built is built the same width as the rooflight frame to allow the inner wall to be plastered right up to the edge of the upstand/rooflight. Our frames are built to allow a 5mm tolerance either side so that no frame will be visible from inside.

Standard rooflights are payment in full when ordering if you use our bespoke service we require 50% of the total with the order and the balance prior to delivery.
We accept all major credit Credit/Debit cards – all our payments terms are currently transacted via PayPal. If you prefer we can accept payment via Cheque or BACS transfer.
Our rooflights are of the highest quality and we believe that are price are unbeatable. In the unlikely event that you find a comparable product, we will, of course, match the price.
All of our rooflights are made to order and manufacturing time can vary. Our standard sized products usually take around two/three. You can’t rush perfection.
All our standard rooflights are pre-glazed, sealed and arrive in one unit upon delivery, this allows you to fit the rooflight easily yourself. However, for bespoke, or even large standard orders, we offer an installation service for an additional fee. For bespoke orders, we recommend using our installation team as the rooflights are silicone bonded on site.
We pride ourselves on making dreams a reality. Unlike many other manufacturers, we can tint glass different colours, along with being able to paint the frames any colour of your choice.
We don’t build upstands but we can put you in contact with a contractor recommended by us in your area to build the upstand for you ready for installation.
Our standard delivery charge is only £150.00 per rooflight up to a maximum total of 5.
It is possible to deliver outside of the UK Additional charges will apply, please discuss this with one of our sales team who will assist you further.
Yes, with our fully remote control system giving you control and ease of operation of your rooflight for natural ventilation.
